Glace Luxury Ice announced that its products – premium ice cubes – will be available to any bar or restaurant with a Sysco Foods account. The manufacturing process creates a zero-taste profile, according to the company, and the design allows for minimal dilution without sacrificing cooling. The products can be found in the gourmet “Chef Ex” book for Sysco customers.
