Blackwell Rum is produced by J. Wray & Nephew at Appleton Estate in Jamaica. It’s a luminous dark rum with a deep amber glow and a well-balanced finish, according to the company. A portion of the proceeds from all sales of Blackwell Rum are donated to the Oracabessa Foundation, which drives community and environmental sustainability in the Oracabessa area. The new rum has a suggested retail price of $29.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.
