Cedilla is a new liqueur made from the “Superfruit of the Amazon.” From the makers of Leblon Cachaca, each bottle of the liqueur contains over 500 certified organic acai berries. The pulp is macerated for one month in the company’s small batach alambique sugarcane spirit and blended to create a spirit containing 30 percent acai with hints of ginger root, Brazilian orange, local spices and a dash of natural cane sugar, according to the company.
