I just returned from the NABCA Conference in Phoenix, where control state officials from across the country gathered to talk about Caring for the Customer, this year’s theme.
Outgoing Chairman Jeffrey Anderson of Idaho passed his responsibilities to incoming Chairman Steven Larson from Iowa at the conclusion of the conference (see Larson profiled in our latest issue of StateWays).
Session topics included Brand Loyalty (see photo below), Weed and Whiskey and “When Your Name is on the Label” (see other photo below). Keynoters included Steven Levitt and Dewitt Jones.
