TY KU Silver is the newest expression from TY KU. The spirit is a premium Junmai sake. Silver joins TY KU Black (Junmai Ginjo) and TY KU White (Junmai Daiginjo) to round out the portfolio. Silver is craft brewed from rice which is polished away by 30 percent to remove impurities and has a fresh, slightly sweet taste, according to the company. The 30 proof Silver has a suggested retail of $14.99 for a 720-ml. bottle, and $9.99 price for a 330-ml. bottle.
