Virginia ABC’s Retail Division management have adopted the Wine and Cheer cart after testing a pilot set Store 350 in Midlothian, VA. VABC’s Retail and Procurement divisions have developed a plan to purchase the carts for every store in the commonwealth.
The two-level Wine and Cheer shopping cart features a foldable grid inside the upper basket that works to secure bottles in an upright position and reduce the chance of bottles breaking inside the cart. The foldable grid features 14 rings of varying sizes which can accommodate different styles of bottles. The Wine and Cheer carts feature the Authority’s logo on the handlebar to identify them as belonging to Virginia ABC.
