Bacardi has announced its latest flavor: Pineapple Fusion. At 70 proof and only available in the U.S. market, Pineapple fusion joins Bacardi's other 11 flavors. The combination of pineapple rum and coconut rum is available for a suggested retail price of $14.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.

Absolut Tune is the latest flavor available from Absolut Vokda. Tune brings together white wine, a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, and vodka. The bottle features an outer sleeve that tears away to reveal a black and gold corked bottle. Meant to be enjoyed in a champagne flute, Tune is available for a suggested retail price of $31.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.

Vina Pomal Crianza 2009 and Zaco 2010 are the two newest wines from Aveniu Brands, a line of wines from Bodegas Bilbainas, the largest vineyard owner in Haro, Spain. The Crianza is made from 100% tempranillo and aged 12 months in American Oak, while the Zaco is also made from 100% tempranillo and offers fresh red berries, notes of licorice and undertones of spice. Both wines have a suggested retail price of $15.

Jack Daniel's and Frank Sinatra Enterprises are launching a new ultra-premium expression called Sinatra Select. Crafted from special Sinatra Barrels, the new product is bottled at 90-proof and comes in a specially designed one-liter bottle.

Burnett's vodka recently announced the addition of two new flavors: cherry cola and strawberry banana. At 70 proof, they join the line's other 29 flavors, and are available for a suggested retail price of $10.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.

Angel's Envy Rye Whiskey, a super-premium whiskey made using 95% rye and 5% malted barley. The whiskey is aged for six years in American new charred oak barrels and finished in Caribbean rum casks for up to 18 months. The 100-proof whiskey is available for a suggested retail price of $79.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.

Black Velvet recently announced the release of its first flavor extension, toasted caramel flavored whisky. The 70-proof Canadian whisky is available in 50-ml. and 750-ml. sizes, the latter of which has a suggested retail price of $12.49.

A new ready to drink Margarita brand is launching this winter under the name SmarteRita.  SmarteRita is the brainchild of Kelly Shuman, an entrepreneur in Dallas, TX who recognized that there was an opportunity for a low-calorie, premixed Margarita. The 25 proof (12.5% ABV), 100 calorie SmarteRita is available in 750ml and 1.75ml bottles. It can be served as-is over ice.

Absolut Hibiskus is the latest flavor in Pernod Ricard's Absolut vodka family. Featuring a blend of hibiscus and pomegranate, Hibiskus is slightly acidic, with a berry flavor underlined by notes of pomegranate, according to the company. The vodka has a suggested retail price of $21 for a 750-ml. bottle.

Monterey County's Blair Estate recently released its first wine, a 2010 Pinot Noir. The wine is available through the company's website, as well as in on- and off-premise locations. The company is also available at a new tasting room in Carmel-By-The-Sea, opened by Blair Estate and Shale Canyon Winery. The new wine is available for a suggested retail price of $35 per bottle.
